Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery throughout the metro Detroit area. Our delivery areas include Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Detroit, Allen Park, Livonia, Northville, Novi, Farmington Hills, Canton, Westland, and Garden City, along with nearby surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Availability may vary during holidays such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, so we recommend ordering early whenever possible.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes. You can place your order in advance and select your preferred delivery date during checkout.
Can I request a specific delivery time?

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and delivery cannot be completed, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery. Our team will contact you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

“Handcrafted by Fleur” means our floral designer will create a unique arrangement using the freshest flowers available in the shop that day. You simply select the price tier, and we design something beautiful in Fleur’s signature style. Every arrangement is one-of-a-kind and thoughtfully crafted.
Yes, you may include your preferred colors or flower types in the order notes. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on seasonal availability.
While we accept same-day orders when possible, we recommend placing your order at least 1–2 days in advance, especially for larger arrangements or special occasions.
Absolutely. You can include a personal message during checkout, and we will print it on a complimentary card to accompany your floral arrangement.
